We will be telling you some stuff about the trenches first of all the trenches were very small about 10 people were in 1 trench when they could only fit 4 people.since they were so close to the beach they got water all over there feet and some of them got trench foot which meant they had to amputate unless they wanted there whole body diseased some of them got trench fever which is like being homesick in a way. If they got a mosquito bite they would scratch it with muddy hands and got diseased
